What a stay!
What a treat! My stay at the Outlook was like a 5 star experience at a budget price. The room was perfect, room delivery from the restaurant was prompt and delicous and my massage therapist was calming to the soul. I also enjoyed the fact that I could check all my emails and do my banking online all from your business center in the lobby. I make two trips a year to Boulder and yours will be the only Hotel that I shall rest my head.

My wife and I currently live in Fort Collins. However, we like to get away and enjoy Boulder for a day or two at special occasions. Yesterday (March
14), we celebrated for a second time a family holiday at your hotel in Boulder.

you have created, which consistently makes our stay a very pleasant
experience.
More specifically, thank you for the:
1. friendly, prompt, and accomodating service at the front desk,
regardless of the person on duty. Last year, we received a big plate with cheeses and
fruits to accompany the champaigne we brought. This year, we were given a very
convenient room facing the pool.
2. neat and spacious room
3. clean and well-maintained pool area
We are certainly thinking to visit you soon for another family occasion.

Our family just spent a fantastic week in Boulder. The week was spent hiking, skiing, visiting NCAR, downtown Boulder, etc. Key to all this was establishing a "base camp" to come back to at the end of the day. Your staff made every effort to accommodate our needs. We really appreciated the smile at the front desk and the inquiry of how our day went. I think the smile on our children's faces said it all. In fact, they want to return next year and 'ring in the New Year again. Suffice it to say we will spread the word to our friends about your hotel. Thanks again to you and your staff. We will be back again.

Dear Mr. King: My family and I very much enjoyed our recent stay at the Boulder Outlook. We arrived on July 8th and stayed four nights. The room was clean and well kept, our two girls loved the pool, the food was excellent (truly several notches above most hotels in this price range!) and the jazz night was a fun surprise. I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful hotel you have there in Boulder. This may be the best hotel for the money that I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Your rooms were comfortable, roomy, and quiet; our two children thoroughly enjoyed your pool; and your breakfasts were hearty and healthy. What more could anyone ask for?
One gentleman in particular was of enormous assistance to us with the Boulder map. We were looking for a bike rental facility, and I simply could not get over his hospitality in making telephone calls for us right there on the spot! I had wanted to thank him personally, but when we were checking out, I did not see him.
You can be sure that if we are ever in Boulder again, we'll be staying at the Outlook. If there is any hotel rating service out there that seeks the opinions of guests, I'd be happy to make a recommendation for your hotel!

Wonderful service from the front desk, housekeeping and great continental breakfast. We can't wait to bring our kids back to play! Also, it is great to be in an eco-conscious environment - no chlorine in the pool, natural soap and organic coffee. You are 'the cure for the common hotel'.

We drove up from San Antonio this week - some of our best vacations we just drive to an area and see what it's like. We drove through Denver and decided it was too big a city. When we got to Boulder, we stopped in at a few hotels to check rates and how they looked. When we came into your lobby and my son saw that huge climbing rock up ahead, we knew this was the place. The young man at the front desk last night was the sweetest thing - very helpful about anything we needed! We're going back and tell our whole family about this hotel for our reunion. We'll be back.

I've never felt more welcome with my dog in any other hotel - every employee that I encountered was laid back, friendly and attentive (especially Jake). We will definitely return to Boulder. When we do, I know where we will be staying.

We were out touring Boulder and called back to the Outlook front desk to find a good restaurant. Kevin was incredible help with recommendations, directions and he called to make the reservation for us. In fact, he did just about everything but take us there himself!

All I can say is...YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!! You and your staff were the talk of our visit! There was no waiting, there were no mistakes, the Pasta dinner was fantastic, the staff was so helpful and the facilities were terrific!

Thanks for asking about the workshop. It went very well; I had some very positive feedback. Certainly I would do a few things differently were I to do it again, but most of the changes would be minor.
The attendees were very impressed with the accommodations, by the way. And I was impressed with your extremely competitive rates. If I run a workshop of this sort again, I'll definitely use the Outlook.
It's been great working with you, personally. I encountered a good number of snags in putting this workshop together, and it was nice that the accommodations issue was one I never had to worry about. Thank you again for your friendliness and professionalism.
